Finally Finished!

Well, the log cabin from hell has finally been finished, and delivered to my nephew. It ended up being about 40 inches square. I did not crochet a border... mostly because by the time I finished the last stripe, I couldn't even stand to be around the blanket anymore I was so tired of it! Thankfully, the bind-off makes its own nice border, so I was OK with it.

Yarn used - Red Heart 100% acrylic (less than 1 skein of each color - 6 colors total)... not a bad little stash buster! If I ever do one again, I'm doing it on GIGANTIC needles with 2 strands held together so it goes by faster...

I know what you mean! I've started my Court House Step Blanket in June and am just now in the end run. It's hard to pick it up and knit, knit, knit........ I'd like to move on please!
But still, I hope your Nephew likes it or uses it - a lot!
